Terrorism Around The World, The War in IRAQ, The attack on our Sovereignty of 911, and SO MUCH MORE that is seen happening around us and around the world everyday -

Is it detailed in Bible Prophecy?

Is the future foretold in the Bible?

Have we seen for the first time ever, simultaneous occurrences of these prophecies like never before in history?

The Answer is a BOLD, Resounding, YES!

And while this may come as a surprise to some, detailed, specific information about the near future is VERY CLEARLY presented in the God's Word, the Holy Bible.

Matthew 24 - The Rapture IS Coming!
The Day and Hour IS Unknown
36"No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Matthew 24 - And So Is The Tribulation
21For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now--and never to be equaled again.

How can I tell you these things? Can I prove it? Oh YES! As with all of the great believers, preachers, teachers, pastors, and prophets of our day, not only is it now truly obvious, but if you read you bible, if you listen to all the teachers of our day, the ones who have withstood the test of time, the ones God has chosen to promote, you will know the time is absolutely at hand.

There are many detractors, and there are those who would have you believe things that simply are not true. The reason SO MUCH has happened so quickly is very simple - The time IS NOW, the rapture is coming VERY SOON, and the Tribulation and rise to power of the Antichrist is truly at our doorstep.

This about this - Of it were not so, would it not be more like in times past, where a few radicals gave testimonies that the end was tomorrow, and made statements that caused followers to follow them into terrible situations, would it be every major teacher, preacher, and Gospel believing person that recognizes the fact that only now, today, are we truly seeing these things fulfilled.

Jesus told us we would know it is right at the door when ALL of these things begin to happen - Only now are ALL of these things happening. In the text to follow, you will find much that proves that not only are we seeing it happen now, but just as is stated in the bible, when Israel becomes a nation again (This happened in 1948) another generation WILL NOT Pass away before Jesus returns!

Before you continue to read the entire text, please take a moment to ponder this one question -

If it were not so, would ALL of the most God promoted, visible speakers of our day believe it is here?

Ray Boltz - One of the most popular Christian Singers today - (I mean he is like the Elvis of Christian Music) is singing about it! I was just listening to him the other day in a concert (This is May, 2004) telling a story about needing a Christmas song and the Vision he got from God was of God leaning over to Jesus much like you and I as fathers would lean over to our young boys, and say "why don't you go bring everyone home for Christmas" - And he then sang the song God had given him. At the end of that song he said "wouldn't that make a great Christmas present?" - Speaking the of the Rapture - You see, it is EVERYONE, not just a couple of radicals here and there pronouncing "Here comes Armageddon!!"

Charlie Daniels - A popular, secular band with Christian Roots, also singing about it, and a host of other songs, singers, and song writers.

Popular bands like DCTalk are singing and remaking songs about the Rapture -

The Lalonde Brothers of The Week in Bible Prophecy and CloudTen productions - Makers of the movies Left Behind I, II - Apocalypse, Revelation, Tribulation, Judgment, and more - Modern experts on prophecy. Promoted NOT BY Hollywood sales - It is important to note that these movies, TBN's movies like Megiddo and their NEW movie scheduled to release in June 2004, are shown FREE OF CHARGE, available to anyone! How are they promoted? How are they so widely known? It is because it is God's promotion that allows them to be escalated. The word says God promotes who he will, so you decide.

John Hagee has produced much teaching on the rapture, and also is the narrator of the famous movie Vanished. His television ministry is daily, and again, promoted by God. Think about it - If you are one of those who like to hammer on television evangelists, remember - There is and have always been bad seeds in ANY garden. I am talking specifically about the ones who have withstood the test of time. That God has allowed to speak into the lives of the masses. Do you really believe that God would allow them to continue if it were all a lie?

Jack Van Impe - A prmoinent and recognized authority on prophecy, a well respected television evangelist, and associate in production of the Apocalypse movies. Daily ministry, seen throughout the country on television, and again, withstood the test of time!

When you consider that just about every other Pastor, Preacher, or Teacher you can think of who has been promoted to center stage by God recognizes what time it is. Once again, remember that the bible says God will promote who he will, and these teachers of Gods Word and the Gospel of Jesus Christ have withstood the test time, and have reached PHENOMENAL heights!

NO, IT IS ABOUT Jesus Christ! It is about yours and my salvation! It is TIME TO STAND UP! Time to find out EXACTLY WHAT IT IS YOU Believe! We Have Little Time Before the final prophecies begin.

Do you know that over 50% of Americans today have seen the Passion of the Christ from Mel Gibson. Do you know that Jesus and his return is more talked about and become a major topic in more arenas now than ever before! Not since Jesus was here in the flesh has he been more in the "Limelight" -

I'm telling you saints - This is not a passing fad, or another fanatical call to look at the coming Armageddon - The world as we know it is now a place described only in prophecy. A place that must first go through it's worst time ever. It must soon face the most horrific events of all time. This is not the voice of a few fanatics but rather the imminent coming of the Messiah to Rapture the church, so that the Tribulation can start - And the Tribulation is right around the corner.

2nd Timothy 3

1But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God-- 5having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them.

6They are the kind who worm their way into homes and gain control over weak-willed women, who are loaded down with sins and are swayed by all kinds of evil desires, 7always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. 8Just as Jannes and Jambres opposed Moses, so also these men oppose the truth--men of depraved minds, who, as far as the faith is concerned, are rejected. 9But they will not get very far because, as in the case of those men, their folly will be clear to everyone.

While the Rapture has no preconditions to speak of, the Tribulation does, and those are finally happening all around us. It IS NOT FALSE DOCTRINE OR TEACHING TO BELIEVE The Rapture comes first - So you can truly expect that will be very soon!

Please read on...

This world is rapidly changing at an unbelievable, SUPER HIGHWAYk speed. Every single day we see huge, amazing advances in the scientific community - in  technological breakthroughs. Amazing things like human cloning - Truly unimaginable. Technological progress, such as computers and the Internet, have helped considerably to improve life in many ways.

Concurrent tot his however, is the fact that the world faces a multitude of problems - Problems like never before. While on the surface these things may even seem all fine - But when we take a close look at the  bigger picture, it is easy to see a very disturbing trend - The end times , the end of the age, beginning to form.

No one can ignore the horrific, terribly frightening problems our world faces today -

Wars currently being fought around the world. Ancient battles and conflicts continue to intensify on the international news front. The threat of new conflicts, new wars, constantly are the topic of the news. While fear continues to escalate around the world, peace seems to be an unattainable pipedream.

Worldwide epidemic of AIDS is spreading throughout the globe killing millions yearly. More than 9000 die every single day to this disease alone.

Daily we see ever increasing earthquakes that are shaking the foundation around the world on everyday.

Natural disasters, global pollution, unpredictable weather patterns, all make you wonder what is going to happen next. Consistent, daily outbreaks of disease, pestilences, and plagues are ever increasing. Our doctors and scientists alike are now unable to keep up with all the new strains and mutations of today’s diseases.

Violence and crime is at ALL TIME HIGHS!. Terrorism has now struck deep into heart of our once secure, now unsure security. While terrorism used to seem as though it was only an international problem - Is now become a terrifying reality, and has come to rest squarely on our beloved United States.

This is only scratching the surface you know - So much is happening in the world today, and while I could go on and on, suffice it to say that the bottom line is that all of it creates a globally felt uncertainty about the future.

Did you know that EVERYTHING I just described was predicted in the Bible thousands of years ago. Most all the detractors and nay sayers say the same thing  “Prove It!”

So - With the help of God's Word,  I will.

Fear seems to be on the heart of the world today. Leaders from around the world, political, religious or otherwise, agree if something is not done soon,  the world will indeed be headed for disaster.

Does it not seem, even to the casual observer, that this world of ours is spinning out of control. I’m tellin' ya while t may seem so, the ABSOLUTE TRUTH IS that God has a plan.

Do you know that the Bible speaks VERY CLEARLY about THIS generation and the problems we are facing in the world today? The war in Iraq, 911, increased terrorist attack threats in the U.S. and around the world, all foretold, and through it all the Bible gives us hope for the future!

I believe it is ABSOLUTELY critical that we fully understand what the Bible says about your future!

Like many others, I am sure you are trying to make sense of all the horrific things we see happening in the world today. Some have even tried to find answers through psychics and therapists, but so many end up disappointed and confused. DO you know you don’t have to be?

We ALL can find security in knowing our future is all planned! God has it ALL under control. It’s all in His BIG PICTURE! He knows and has shown us our future; Our life was completely laid out before we were ever born.

While you  may not choose to believe it, God's Word is the information we need to stay on the cutting edge of today’s society. It maintains a fresh point of view and a fantastic perspective on the world and EACH AND EVERY EVENT we see happening in the news everyday.

The prophets of the Bible foretold, as I have mentioned, and as is the theme of this website, that there would be an end time, and end of the age. a period in time and history unlike anything ever before . It will be a time of MANY TROUBLES:

Wars and Terrorism
Plagues and Famines
MANY Natural disasters and Earthquakes in places never before seenisease
Disease and Violence on an unimaginable scale
and SO MUCH MORE!

Kinda sounds like a terrible time to be living in, yes?

Look closely, and you will see that only now is it truly evident that this is the world in which we live today.

Is it true then that all of these problems, many other critical issues we see everyday really be found in the pages of the Bible? In God's Infallible Word? The answer is ABSOLUTELY YES!

The thing to keep in mind is that these things are and will only get MUCH MUCH worse before they get better. All these horrific events we see, hear about and experience every day are only a tiny sample of what is heading our war in what I and MANY others believe is the VERY near future.

Please keep in mind that I am not just saying this - I am simply letting you what the Bible says. Remember what 2nd Timothy says from above -“There will be terrible times in the last days.

In fact, the Bible talks about the “End Times” quite a bit. Detractors will have you believe that it is not discussed much, but Paul on his deathbed felt it of UTMOST importance to share as a final letter.

Maybe to some then it seems like the Bible is full of gloom. Not true - God, through his Word is trying to help us prepare. This book is filled with hope and joy. That is why it is so often referred to as the Good News.

While you may have heard or been taught differently, remember that this world will never end! That’s right! This earth is never going to come to an end.

The Bible says over one hundred times this world will go on forever. God’s plan includes an Eternal Kingdom for you and me. When you study prophecy, Revelation, and what is truly coming, you see that this will be a place of peace and happiness. Pain and suffering will be gone forever, and we will spend all eternity in the holy presence of God the Father and his precious Son, Jesus Christ.

Many times people hear the word Armageddon and think that it means the end of the world. The fact is that the Bible does NOT anything about this. Don't let me lose you here - Keep reading and you will see what I am speaking of. Har Megiddo is a PLACE, not an EVENT!

The Bible does say over 100 times that this earth will never, never come to an end. God did not create this world just to destroy it.

John 10:10 “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I [Jesus] am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

God is a merciful, loving God. For some people this may be hard to believe especially when we hear about some of the awful things coming in the future. The Bible tells us that there will be a time on earth like never before. Filled with violence, judgment, destruction, and horrible events. This period of time is referred to as the “Tribulation” or “Great Tribulation.”

We read in Matthew 24:21 during this time there “shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” So you ask what does this have to do with a loving and merciful God? It has EVERYTHING TO DO with it!

Our God is all knowing, and He knows and has predestined, scripted the future. He could have kept it to himself instead of letting us know what’s going to happen. His great love for us, his greatest creation, compelled Him to show us in great detail exactly what is coming. Clear and unmistakable - The warning to His children is now at hand!

God has a plan and would that everyone be saved! Everyone accept Jesus as their saviour to that they can  escape this terrible time in history - This brief but horrific time on earth.

The event / the escape - usually referred to as the Rapture, IS COMING VERY SOON!

So why do think that the Bible, and it's prophets detailed the awful events of the future? The things we are seeing NOW? It is a warning because what’s written in the Bible is and will continue to happen like clockwork. God does not want anyone to ever suffer, not even for an instant. Our God truly loves us and wants that all of us would be saved.

Because his love is perfect he wants you to experience peace, happiness, and an abundant life right now!

As mentioned and referenced throughout this site, the Bible states clearly that there will be a horrible time in history - the absolute worst - Worse than we could possibly imagine. This time is discussed at length, given in vision by St. John - pictured vividly in the Book of Revelation.

While you may have heard or as some people believe,  the Book of Revelation is just too difficult to understand, however I am here to tell you that is not the truth. It can be understood, and you can know your future simply by reading and asking the Lord to give you wisdom and understanding. While this is not the only book in the Bible that shows and discusses the future, it truly is the most comprehensive.

If you study closely, you can easily find prophecy in nearly every book of the Bible.

Believe it or not, prophecies throughout these books, as well as the Book of Revelation, indeed an exact description of the world today. You can take it to the bank when I tell you that Prophecies from the Bible are being fulfilled at an EVERYDAY, right before our eyes!

The Bible readily predicts all the events of the world today -

Example would be September 11, 2001 -

The Bible predicts that in the last days there will be terrorism. Did you know that this is actually one of the very last signs before the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! All the signs that must happen before He returns to earth have already been fulfilled or are currently being fulfilled as you are reading this!

The Bible is EXTREMELY accurate. Jesus prophesied that there would be wars, terrorism, constant acts violence throughout the world in the end times. Isn’t this the world in which we live?

You should not fear what is happening because the Bible says that you have no reason to.

Remember - 2nd Timothy 1:7 “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Although there are so many terrible things happening throughout world, we do not need to ever be afraid. When you hear about these acts of terrorism, earthquakes, threats, disease, crime, natural disasters, AIDS, and all others, just smile and be confident in the Lord!

Jesus stated clearly in Luke 21:31 “So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.”

When we see All of These Things the return of Jesus Christ is near! How near? How can we really know how close we are to these events and the rapture of the church? The Bible gives us very clear clues and indicators -

The Bible clearly states that through these signs we WILL know that the Coming of Christ is near. Jesus himself gave us MANY cluse and signs to watch for - Things like earthquakes, terrorism, disease, signs in space, and many more. Detractors and nay sayers say we’ve always had earthquakes, we’ve always had violence, so what makes the present day different?

The Bible says the difference is this. When you see ALL these signs happening at the same time, then you know that the Lord’s Kingdom is near. Never before have all these signs happened simultaneously and with such frequent intensity. Even casual observers can easily recognize the escalation of these events on a daily basis.

The Bible also clearly states that these signs must happen in direct after Israel becomes a nation, and has Jerusalem as it’s capital. Israel became a nation in 1948, and Jerusalem became it's capital again in 1967.

If you know your history, you’ll remember that Israel did not exist for nearly 2500 years. The Bible prophesied that Israel will become a nation again and belong once again to its rightful owners.

This prophecy was fulfilled and Israel was restored.

The fact that this nation even exists today is a miracle. No other nation in the history of the world has revived itself after this long. This is truly an amazing fulfilled prophecy.

Let me ask you a question. Look on a world map and find Israel and you’ll notice it’s nothing more then a very small piece of land. So why has this tiny little nation captured the attention and fascination of the entire world? Peace in the Middle East is certainly a hot topic. Constant suicide bombings, peace negotiations, and escalating violence is a regular feature in the daily newspaper.

Do you know why they have never had peace? Why they are at constant battle with the Palestinians, the world? Yep! Because the Bible said so. It IS prophecy.

The Bible declares that Israel will not be at rest until the return of the Messiah.

Shortly after the establishment of Israel as a nation, the Jewish people began returning to their homeland in staggering numbers. This again, is exactly what the Bible said would happen.

The Bible has done, with only a few prophecies, what predicters, psychics, etc have been unable to do , ever! Thousands of years in advance the Bible predicted the end of Israel, the re-establishment of Israel as a nation 2000 years later, the return of the Jewish people to their homeland, and many more.

Do you know that the statistics of even just one prophecy being accurately fulfilled is astronomical. Yet there are hundreds of Bible prophecies that are right on the money!

The Bible has never been wrong, not even once. Nothing else, no book, no writer, no teacher, no psychic, etc. could ever dare to make this claim!

It is simply fact - God wrote the Bible and only through divine vision (The prophets) are we able to know.  God is the ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS the future, and he chose to share it with us, so that we would indeed be prepared!!

Even in 1948, with the Sovereign state of Israel restored, there was one piece missing. Prior to the end of the age, Jerusalem had to become the capital city. And, as I mentioned, during the Six Day War in 1967, the Jews we able to reclaim their capitol, thereby fulfilling this very important Bible prophecy. The Bible prophecies are always fulfilled with precision - 100% accuracy.

Remember what the Bible says. When we see ALL these signs and predictions happening, when Israel has indeed become a nation and Jerusalem is its capital, you WILL know that His coming is near, at the VERY DOOR! The Bible says this will be the final generation who will be alive to see the Return of Jesus Christ!

It’s happening right now, prophecy is being fulfilled on a daily basis. Do you know you are saved? Are you ready for the rapture? Don’t wait to find out til it is too late, til you are one of those Left Behind!

I pray that everyone reading this will prayerfully consider accepting Jesus as their saviour if they have not done so already - If you do, he will begin to speak to you. You will be prepared! Don't Wait!

A Short history of Prophetic Interpretation

I wanted to give a short history of Prophetic interpretation because many people do not subscribe to the theories, and are not willing to bend. I can only hope that they will believe and be standing by - It doesn' matter when you think the rapture will happen - It matters only that you are saved, and that you are ready!

The first centur church held an undefined faith in the "any moment" possibility of Christ's return, called the doctrine of imminence. It also believed in a literal thousand year reign of Christ on Earth after the Second Advent, called premillenialism.

Prophecy Experiences the Dark ages

The influential early Church leader, Augustine  (A.D. 354 - 430) dealt the doctrine of prophecy the most damagin blow of anyone in history. He plunged the study of prophecy into darkness for nearly 1400 years by systematically teaching that prophecy could NOT BE INTERPRETED literally.

Augustine held to a literal, grammatical and historical interpretation of every other field of Bible doctrine, but taught that prophecy must be interpreted allegorically. He did this in order to be able to sustain his views of the Church, which he set forth in a profound book called The City of God. This book dominated the thinking of the Church for hundreds of years afterward.

Augustine taught that the Church had taken Israel's place, and had been given the promises and covenants which (in this view) Israel had forfeited by rejecting Christ. He taught that the Church is the Kngdom of God in and allegorical sense, and that there would be no literal future 1000 year earthly kingdom over which Christ would reign. (Amillennialism began here)  He taught that the Church should ruke the world even in a political sense (as the Millennial Kingdom will rule in the future).

Augustines views and influence became the foundation upon which the Roman Catholic Church was built. It still holds most of his views.

Augsutine's teachings also became the philosophical basis for "Christian" anti-Semitism.He taught that Jews had no more purpose in God's plan; that they would never be reborn as a nation; that the covenants were no longer valid to them; that they were spiritual castaways with no future hope, Christ-killers who had no more place in God's plan and imposters. (All this, as strange as it may sound, was the result of a method of interpretating prophetic passages in an allegorical sense.  No one who interpets prophecy literally, Jesus himself and the apostles interpreted Old Testament prophecies in the New Testament, could ever fall into Satan's anti-Semitic trap)

In the early 16th century, reformers broke away from the Roman Church. They retained Augustines views on prophecy. For the 250 years, reformed theologians began to reexamine the systematic theology. During this period, Protestants were dividing into many denominations and divergent views regarding AMillennialism, and a new view was born  - Postmillennialism. They taught that the Church would eventually convert the whole world through Gospel. Once done the Millennial Kingdom would be ushered in.  They believe that the Church would rule 1000 years, then Christ would come and take us all into eternity. Liberals if the time even accepted Darwins theory of evolution.

From the time of Augustine til the early 19th century, the traditional Church's interpretation of prophecy did not allow for the possibility of a literal 1000 year Kingdom, a literal Tribulation, or a Rapture that was distinguished from the Second Coming. In their view, the Church was already in the Tribulation, so it stands to reason that they hold to a post tribulation coming of Christ. The return to literal, grammatical, historical interpretation of prophecy during the early 19th century called for a thorough redefining os systematic eschatology for the first time in history. It was in this larger historical context that the whole controversy concerning the rapture began.  Those who say that it started with a 15 year old's Scottish girls vision is silly. This vision of Margaret Macdonald was received in 1830 - It can be read in it's entirety in the memoirs of James and George Macdonald.

Just a quick comment- Read on - Bear with me a little longer. Know that all of these theories, disputes, controversies, etc. are not of God. God and his word speak very clearly against controversies, and I do not subscribe to them. I only want everyone to be ready and to have a little understanding of why they exist.

Do not be fooled by those who speak against the end of the age, the coming of Jesus, etc. They are doing this as a tool, and since we do not know exactly when it will happen, I urge everyone to be ready to go!

Here is some commentary I found particularly interesting. Since we are going to see many detractors, many people who will try to stop your faith, accuse and denounce Jesus in so may different ways  - I selected a comment from Jack Van Impe on Barbara R. Rossing's "The Rapture Racket" -

Rexella Van Impe: Now this is a book that Barbara has written, and in a review in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Clay Evans writes this: “Author says Rapture is a racket, distortion of the Bible”. Of course, she is responding to the wonderful "Left Behind" series by Dr. Tim LaHaye. They've sold 51 million copies of "Left Behind", and she wants everybody to think that this is a racket. In her book, this Lutheran Minister says "The Rapture is a racket. The system was born of a young Scottish girl's vision in 1830, and was later flushed out by a 19th Century British preacher, John Darby. Darby conjured up the idea based on scripture texts that indicate no such thing but are scriptural contortions." In other words, she's saying that they've misinterpreted or made it sound just like they wanted it to sound. She says the system of the Rapture was born of a young Scottish girl's vision in 1830. 1830, does it start there Jack?

Jack: That is so much baloney and this woman if she is a scholar, doesn't know much about the Holy Word of God or history which I am going to prove right now. I get so tired of these people all saying that this rapture theory started in 1830 with john Darby and a retarded girl. Come on now.

Let's see what the book really does say. Is there really going to be a rapture? Listen to Jesus in John 14:1-3. “Let not your heart be troubled, you believe in God believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions. If it were not so I would not have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself”. That is the Rapture. When He says “come up hither”, in Revelation 4:1. But you can't find the word "rapture" in the Bible? Ah, but I can in the Catholic Bible. In the Latin Vulgate by Jerome who when he got to I Thessalonians 4:17 talks about the dead in Christ rising first and then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up with the dead to meet the Lord in the air. And there he used the word “rapiamore” – which is “raptured”. Thank God for that! Rexella, the Roman Catholic Church and this is in the book, the trial, the tribulation and the triumph of one of the great catholic scholar’s said. “Why shouldn't we preach prophecy? Why shouldn’t it be important, since it is important in Catholic Scripture and tradition, and in the Catholic Magisterium, the authority of teaching in the Roman Catholic Church? Thank you, Jerome.

Let's go on. In I Corinthians 15:51, Paul says, “Behold I show you a mystery”. A mystery is something that has not been revealed until this point in time so you cannot find the Rapture in the Old Testament or in most of the Gospels, but you can find it here. And then he describes it, “we shall not all sleep [or be dead]”, but we shall all [dead and living] be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye at the last trump. For the trumpet shall sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible and we the living shall be changed.” It is that simple. He's going to change our vile bodies that they be fashioned like his glorious body. Philippians 3:21. That's why we are to be looking for that blessed hope, the Rapture and the Glorious Appearing, His revelation when He comes to earth.

Now, let's get to the main point, Barbara Rossing. Because of your constant mentioning of the Rapture theory only beginning in 1830, if you promote that in that book throughout and you certainly look like you are going to and have, then you have the biggest racket in your book, not the rapture racket. Why? Did it really begin only in 1830. Now I'm not going to be using AD because that would become monotonous, but let me give you what history teaches.

In 150, the Rapture idea was preached by the Shepherd of Hermas.
In 270 Victorinus, the Bishop of Pettau, a Catholic leader preached it.
In 350 Ephraim the Syrian
In 400, Jerome in the Latin vulgate
Then there were the thousand years called the “dark ages”, and then it came back.

In 1304, Reverend Dolcino proclaimed the Pre-trib Rapture.
In 1400 Bible translations in the native tongues led to a new propagation of the Pre-trib Rapture.
In 1627, Joseph Mede
1627 Increase Mather
1687, Peter Jurieu
1700 John Asgill
1738, Philip Doddridge
1748 John Gill
1763, James McKnight
1744, Morgan Edwards
1792, Thomas Scott
And then in 1830, John Darby.
Do you see how many preceded him from the year 150 onward? What you’re telling the people, is not the truth. I beg of you, if you are really a scholar, search out what history teaches. I’ve got 90 thousand hours of study in this book. You are wrong, scripturally and historically.

A little more on the subject of prophecy -

In II Thessalonians 2:7, the Church is Raptured. In verse 8, it goes on to say, then after that Rapture shall that wicked one, the Antichrist, the World Dictator, be revealed. He comes out or the European Union, Daniel 9:26, he confirms the covenant of peace for 7 years, Daniel 9:27. But it's not going to work. Why – because the Jew is so hated even today. And so it's called the covenant of death and hell in Isaiah 28:15. You see, the whole world is going to come against Israel. They just had a conference headed up by Colin Powell in Germany because 55 nations attended wanting to stop the hatred in all their countries against the Jew. That's what it's going to be about.

Presently the United States and the European Union are both trying to create peace in the Middle East, and they will, but it will only last for 42 months, Daniel 9:27, and “when the world is saying peace and safety, then sudden destruction”, I Thessalonians 5:3 and the culprit is Russia who makes a move against those who are at rest, at peace, Ezekiel 38:11 – Russia coming against Israel.

Those who read the Bible literally, such as Tim LaHaye and Baxter agree that the end is imminent.
Rexella: Jack, everybody is asking, “Is this is so, is this so?” Well, what do you have to say? Let me just go into this first, before you answer that. Paul Maier, he takes a very critical look at the end of the world scenario in the Left Behind series. And “Prophecy feeds fires debate – end-of-world books have an eternal appeal”. And “Different visions on how it all will end.” Well, you know, I just have to say that world “end”, Jack doesn't believe the world’s going to end. Neither does Tim Lahaye and all these other men.

Well, doesn't the Bible speak about the end of the world? Yes, Matthew 13:39, 40,49, Matthew 24:3, Matthew 28:20 and Hebrews 9:26, but any Greek Orthodox teacher in their catechism will tell you that is not the end of the world. It is the end of the age of grace before we go into Christ's reign on earth. This world even after a thousand years is never going to end. “The earth abides forever”, Ecclesiastes 1:4. “Yahweh God created the earth, it shall never, never, never be removed”, Psalm 104:5. Jesus said, “The meek shall inherit the earth”, Matthew 5:5. For how long? “the meek inherit the earth forever and forever”, .Psalm 37:29 when Christ sets up his government on earth, “of the increase of his government, there shall be no end”, Isaiah 9:7, and when he sits on David's throne in Luke 1:32, He rules over the house of Jacob, Israel forever and forever and of his kingdom “there shall be no end”. That settles it.

What's happening in the European Union? First of all, from the EU Observer "EU Calls for Middle East Quartet to Convene"; they are asking Russia to come and help them in that quartet. Then, from Jane's Intelligence Review "Reconstructing the Russian Army" They want them there because of their tremendous military power, and the money they have. And then from USA Today " Israelis wonder whether anything can bring peace" They are looking anywhere they can. And then this from an article by Richard Bernstein "The European Union can be greater force for peace in the Middle East". And finally, from the EU Observer "Brussels looks at funding alternative peace plan".

The antichrist will not come out of Russia. It is Gog of Magog, who leads the soviet forces during Armageddon, Revelation 16:16, the antichrist will come out of the European union, for he is of the people that destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD and that was the Romans under Vespatian and Titus, so it's the Revived Roman Empire, the European Union out of which he comes. He makes the 7-year contract, Daniel 9:27, and then Russia, after 42 months, marches against Israel, Ezekiel 38:11, and breaks the contract.

With the news of the E. U. Voting to let more countries in the E. U., how many countries are left to fulfill the entire prophecy? What do you believe will be the next step? It also seems that the Middle East peace process is playing a role here as well. What do you think?

“For the first time in history, Europe will become one” [International Herald Tribune, by Thomas Fuller]. And “A house divided, E. U. Struggles to lay new foundation” [by Peter Ford]. It’s including God in the new constitution. Jack, what do you think?

The Bible teaches in Revelation 17, verse 10, that there will only be seven world empires in history. Rome was number 6. Revived Rome or the European Union is number 7. It was to begin with ten and that's Daniel 7, verse 7, grow to 13, Daniel 7, verses 8 and 24, and then it would become global, 28 nations soon to be part of the E. U and then all the world will be controlled by them and that's Daniel 7:23 and Revelation 13:7. They're going to have a great part in the peace program, Daniel 9:26 and 27. And finally, they eliminate the God that's always been in their Constitution. And that, of course is Revelation 13, verse 5 and 6 because this world dictator says, I will take the place of God, Daniel 11:36 and 2 Thessalonians 2:4.

We're right on schedule. It's coming.
